This house (above) was our sixth residential RE transaction since adulthood and the most deftly handled. Cyndi was instrumental in suggestions for property positioning as well as providing information to aid in pricing. Most happy with the outcome so we asked her to help us purchase another home and our experience was identical. Cyndi prompted us/prepared us when and where necessary to expedite both the selling and purchase process. I was impressed with her help in executing both transactions.
